Inmate Kiosk Issues
If you have any errors showing on the inmate kiosk screen do the following:
1) Reboot the kiosk and see if the errors go away.
2) If the errors still appear and it looks to be a card issue put your card in the kiosk and see if it will read the card. If it will not read the card and states Invalid Card replace a card reader in the kiosk.
3) If it is not a card reader issue and the error still comes up submit a service ticket with as much information as you can. Let us know you rebooted it and tried a card in that and any other information you can.
4) If an inmate is receiving error messages when tryiing to submit requests, it may be due to the fact that there are limits on how many requests can be made in a 24 hour period. If the inmate has already met the limit of requests, they will receive an error message.
