TEAM will not start or has an error. Files needed in the C:TEAMbin folder

These files are absolutely needed when running TEAM

If you are unable to start TEAM try downloading these
files and placing them in the C:TEAMbin folder.
[How to do this]
1) Click on each file individually (follow steps a. through f. for saving them one at a time)
     a. On the File Download dialog click the 'Save' button.
     b. On the Save As dialog click on My Computer (on the left).
     c. Double click on 'Local Disk (C:)
     d. Double click on 'TEAM'
     e. Double click on 'bin'
     f. Click the 'Save' button.
     g. If a box pops up to replace the file, click 'Yes'.
     h. When the file finishes downloading, click the 'Close' button and go on to the next file.
